We do love solving problems.
Today a client phoned in suspecting a virus. Most of the staff had been in a meeting for the morning – on their return, all the PC’s had been rebooted and work had been lost.
We suspected a power cut, but no one had noticed any lights flickering.
So, we started to look at the event logs to see if there was any indication of anything unusual.
Fortunately at this point, one of the other members of staff came back in from a break, and let them know a PAT tester had been in ….
